Join J. Draper Glass & Chef Amanda from The Cookery as they take you on a journey and share their passions for hot glass and southern bourbon. Join us for an evening of magic as we entertain you with glass demonstrations while tasting bourbons, including Spiced Apple among others, in a hand-blown glass that you will get to take home. NA drink is available by request. $150 per person.

All of the glass has been hand-blown or sculpted — no machine helps us make our product but our seasoned hands and our love for the art.

Cheese Platter

Blow a huge bubble & spin it into a platter! Our instructors will guide you to roll into color, heat the glass and use a variety of the glass blowers’ tools. Then, using gravity & centripetal force, spin the glass until it opens into a platter (10-12” wide)
