This class is like blowing your own ornament, but bigger! Learn how to do a cane rollup, a classic Italian technique and one of Jeremie’s favorites.The process involves rolling clear glass over heated glass sticks of red and white to create the candy cane stripes in your globe. You will then use your breath to inflate the striped glass into a large orb. Your jumbo globe will be completed by topping it off with a sturdy gold or emerald green hook. These holiday globes are a perfect way to bring some cheer into your home this season.

-Ages 6-106 appropriate. An adult or guardian must accompany those under 12.
-All hands-on participants must sign the online digital waiver from our website.
-Full payment is required to reserve your spot.
-50% non-refundable cancellation.
-All hot glass work requires overnight cooling in an annealer (kiln). Schedule your pick-up time the day of your lesson.
-Each class reserves a minimum number of participants to have class. If attendance does not meet the head count required, the date and/or times might be changed.

All of the glass has been hand-blown or sculpted — no machine helps us make our product but our seasoned hands and our love for the art.
Blow a huge bubble & spin it into a platter! Our instructors will guide you to roll into color, heat the glass and use a variety of the glass blowers’ tools. Then, using gravity & centripetal force, spin the glass until it opens into a platter (10-12” wide)
